2019

I am very thankful Georgia’s House gave me a place to stay after the big snowstorm in winter 2019. I stayed for a little over a month and it gave me a chance to find an apartment. Georgia’s House has been a safe stable place for me to help get my life back on track. I will be forever thankful and look back on my time here with happy memories.

Georgia’s House gave me the leg up I needed to find stable housing and begin building a community support circle in my recovery from addiction. I hope to come volunteer, and appreciate all the wonderful staff. A fantastic experience.

I am grateful for staying here, but it wasn’t a good fit for my mental health.

I may not always be perfect but I do my best to try. I simply work 6 days a week doing everything I need to, to be able to set myself back up. In my personal opinion Maria for whatever reason has always had something negative about everything I do and compares my situation to hers, like how things are easier for me cause I have a vehicle and she didn’t and so forth….. A few girls have made comments on how hard she is on me knowing I’m working so much and so far away.

I am very thankful to all the woman at the Georgia House. They did their best to accommodate me and my situation, which was a very difficult one. My sincere thanks to all of you ladies at Georgia’s House.
